How do resilient systems move forward?
Resilient systems do not wait for calm conditions. Instead, they learn how to harness the wind.
Wind cannot be controlled, only understood, redirected, and worked with. In the same way, change, uncertainty, and differing perspectives are not disruptions to a system, they are the forces that test whether it has been designed well.
Resilient systems adjust their sails through clear communication, shared roles, and continuous feedback. They notice shifts early, redistribute effort where needed, and keep those most affected involved in steering.
Our assignment is very easy here. We just need to know that progress is not about stopping the wind. It is about building systems capable of moving with it, deliberately, together.
