Much of my work sits in the tension between ideas and action, between what institutions promise and what communities experience. I am interested in how innovation travels (or fails to), particularly in rural, regional, and marginalised contexts where change is largely affected by culture, power, trust, and timing, and not just a “theory of change.” This curiosity is not abstract. It informs how I design communication strategies, translate research into practice, and work with organisations to engage communities meaningfully. Through storytelling, social marketing, and strategic communications, I help partners test ideas, understand resistance, and build approaches that resonate in real-world settings. I am not only questioning transformation, but work with organisations to design it, responsibly, collaboratively, and with outcomes that matter.
